With the rapid development of science and technology, it promot the social changes quickly, knowledge is going to change our mold of production and lifestyles. Under the conditions of the knowledge-based economy, enterprises shoule adapt to the changing environment, the need for a suitable model to operate enterprises so as to constantly improve the management level of enterprises and business performance. Enterprise-sub-culture management is a manage mold that increasingly concerned under the conditions of today's knowledge-based economy , and enterprises within the sub-culture is now in the role of the enterprise competition has been the hunt, it tie up with the formation of their own culture and infiltration .There are various way to form the enterprises' personality culture, the core issue is how to form their owned values of the enterprise members and business organizations. At present,the specific historical background of our country has had a tremendous impact for enterprises' management and cultural atmosphere , it is a very important issue that how to come out from these influence and how to find a real way that suit to promote their own business enterprises' culture . In the long-term development of our enterprises , the problem of our enterprises' sub-culture management is a weak link , the managers often overlook the importance of the sub-culture, or treatment it inappropriate , eventually led to failure. Therefore,at the present stage, it is a very important tache for the enterprise management based on sub-culture colony to do a good job. This paper mostly studies on how to integration of the organizational culture and business enterprises' sub-culture . the text aiming at China's enterprises' paradox in the sub-culture and the host cultural , through the contrast the cultural characteristics of different enterprises and the historical background of the United States and Japan , the paper combine with our contury's enterprises' special historical conditions' infection carry depth study, and then by image analysis, harm analysis, classification comparative studies, and proceeded to put forward for different enterprises referenced sub-culture management model to solve the manner of our enterprises in the traditional culture of sub-culture suppressed, ignored sub-culture absurdity, and so on.
