The Unification Of Affordable Housing And Low-rent Housing

The housing social security is a total step of social salvation to low-income citizens. This system was set up for them to solve their housing problem, and it's an important component of multi-hierarchy housing supply systematic.Affordable house is the core content of the urban housing social security system in our country. The housing supply system is based upon the different incoming level: The low income families lease the low-rent house supplied by the government; the middle and low income families buy the affordable house; the others buy or lease houses in the market. But compare with the innovation of the housing market, the housing security system is a little lag.There are many differences in different countries and different cities, so the housing social security must accommodate the special situation of the country. It's not propriety to copy the other countries policy blindly.So this dissertation's opinion is that the root reason about the problems of our countries housing social security is the separateness of the affordable housing and the low-rent housing. Although the separateness had be reasonable in the past, it must be changed in the movement.The first chapter of this dissertation is about the basal concepts and how they were shaped; the second chapter analyze the reasons of the separateness and its disadvantage; the third part expatiate the need of the unification; the last part is the plain conceive of the unitize construction and the possible problems of it.
