The importance of enterprise's training determines the importance of its effect evaluation. Existing research results of effect evaluation of training are mainly "hierarchy theory", "measurement theory", " program design theory ", and so on. They offered viewpoints and methods of evaluation for the immediate effect of a single training. Lack of understanding for the continuing and dynamic nature of training, such limitation on the evaluation of training effect makes it difficult to accurately measure the performance of training. It is the current cross-section type of way of effect evaluation that makes it difficult to grasp the overall effect of training. Therefore, it is a new study perspective of effect evaluation for us to have a grasp comprehensive of the overall training effect. Effect evaluation of enterprise's training is still a prominent research topic.It is based on awareness that evaluation of training effect is ongoing, dynamic and periodic, and the substantive effect that impact of training on employee behavior, that the model of effect evaluation of enterprise training has been explored in the thesis. First, with the general dynamic equation, the thesis demonstrates the dynamic characteristics of training effect, then it reveals the life cycle of training effect. On this basis, it establishes and discusses an evaluation ring of training effect, and it also proposes a development process of training project which bases on effect of training. In addition, the thesis not only introduces the concept such as training effect, evaluation of training effect, competition coefficient, etc., but also it defines them. With the ring, it builds a model for effect evaluation of enterprise training. From the original record of work to the final type discrimination of training, and from the recovery strategy of enterprise cost for training to the strategy to increase individual salary, the thesis adheres to the data as the basis. For those mathematical statements, almost all of them have the rigorous derivation, thus ensuring all-round objective. Finally, with regard to the application of its results, the thesis conducts a simulation-based evaluation to verify effects of the model for effect evaluation of enterprise training.In short, in a dynamic idea, the thesis carries out a new explore to how to fully grasp the overall effect of training, and then it provides a new perspective for study on effect of training and an operable tool for enterprise to evaluate effect of training.
