With the increasing development of economy and urbanization, the construction enterprises are facing an unprecedented development opportunity. However, most of construction enterprises adopt project-based organization structure, with the problem of high mobility, much work in the open-air and high places, poor working surroundings, not timely salary, long working hours, lacking of weekends and holidays, low social status of employees, etc. These factors have led to great staff turnover rate of construction enterprises and low staff loyalty, which becomes important factors of restricting long-term sustainable development in construction enterprises. Staff loyalty research has a very important significance to improve the internal management of construction enterprises and promote enterprise development.The paper studies low-lever manager and staff loyalty, with the research object of A Construction Enterprises, through questionnaire, interviews, statistical analysis. By studying the current status, the characteristics and causes of staff loyalty in A Construction Enterprise, the paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures of improving the internal management from many other multi-channels, so as to enhance staff loyalty and thereby promote long-term healthy development of the enterprises.It is found that two aspects of the low staff loyalty in the enterprise are high turnover rate and low efficiency. The main reasons for this problem are bad salary and welfare system, weak interpersonal relationships, corporate culture lag, lacking of career planning for employees, etc. Based on the research of current staff loyalty situation and analysis of its problems and reasons, the paper puts forward countermeasures to enhance A construction enterprise staff loyalty, including full using of the recruitment screening mechanism, playing a corporate culture for employees attractiveness.
