With the deepening of global economic integration, competition among enterprises become more fierce and gradually changed from the outward level of product competition to a much deeper level of cultural and ideological competition .As an effective measure and advanced management method to cultivate favorable external and internal environment and to pursuit better synthetically beneficial result for enterprises, corporate culture construction has gain attention and been practiced by increasing number of enterprises in recent years. How to cultivate corporate culture with strong features according to enterprise's own characteristics, and apply the research findings of management from home and abroad to the cultural practice of Chinese enterprises is a subject of universal significance .This article apply the idea "harmony" in relevant managing theories to the systematic construction of corporate culture .On the basis of elaborate the meaning of harmonious corporate culture construction and have LT company as the research sample along with large amount of first- hand information , the article have an systematic and in-depth analysis of the corporate culture in LT company and state elaborately the status quo and existing problems .As for the problems , the article provide strategies and suggestions for the company to develop harmonious culture In accordance with the current cultural situation .Through the development of harmonious corporate culture ,the company can strengthen the centripetal force of the employee and the unity of the community, create the sense of self-identification and strong sense of belonging and pride , therefore form the driving force of solidarity and unity. The harmonious corporate culture enables the enterprise to maintain a high level of conformity inside and a high level of adaptability outside , in this way the enterprise form the competitive force of corporate culture and enhance the enterprise's force of core competition.
