Guangxi-Asean Intellecutal Property Problem Research In The Nonferrous Metals Industry Technological Innovation

Guangxi is abound in non-ferrous metal natural resources, but industry developed has come across a "bottleneck", need badly adjust industrial set-ups , change mode of economic growth. At the same time the building-up of China-ASEAN free trade zone has also brought gigantic opportunity to guangxi non-ferrous metal industry. In the background of this, analyzes the effect of technological innovation to the mode of economic growth theoretically at first. Then author discusses the relationship between intellectual property rights and technological innovation. At the base of this author analyzes the current situation of technology innovation an intellectual property, and gives some countermeasures.The main body of this thesis is allotted together for six chapters. The first chapter Introduction, the author introduces the main significance of selected topic, studying current situation and content at home and abroad. The second chapter analyzes the effect of technology and the relationship of technology innovation and intellectual property. The third chapter mainly analyzes the current situation of guangxi non-ferrous metal, and technology innovation strategy, system and so on. The fourth and fifth chapters each analyze the current situations and problems of intellectual property in guangxi and ASEAN. The sixth chapter demonstration is analyzed according to pingguo and nannan Aluminium Corporation. The seventh chapter explains the reason of the problem of guangxi non-ferrous metal industry intellectual property, then give some countermeasures. At last author point out some fault of this thesis.The author finds that the amount of patent application of guangxi non-ferrous metal industry is few according to analyze current situation ,and enterprises administered by the central authorities apply far more patents than local enterprises. Intellectual property administration mechanism is weak commonly in guangxi non-ferrous metal industry, guangxi non-ferrous metal industry has some advantage in some fields such as exploiting , smelt , comparing with ASEAN countries. The author point out that guangxi non-ferrous metal industry who want to improve ability of technology innovation , and enter the ASEAN countries marketplace successfully ,need improve the intellectual property policy and the supporting facilities, build perfect patent incentive mechanism, change the valuation way of the scientific and technological achievement.This thesis demonstrate things according to fact, pay attention to demonstration analyses., and has a large of amount of data and diagram analysis.
