Especially as the foundation and development of the ASEAN Free Trade Zone, every member state enhance their cooperation in tourism industry which promote the development of the tourism .Laos is an inland nation in South-east Asia, which has enormous tourism resources . The main tourism market for Laos is inbound tourist market .This dissertation mainly studies on the structure features of Laos' inbound tourist market and puts forward explosion measures.This dissertation consists of introduction, body part composed of four chapters, the first two of which are on the background analysis .
