Study On The Enterprise Function System And Consulting Methods System

It is usually to apply enterprise management methods to consult enterprise mechanically. Sometimes affront the enterprise function to consult. And the consulted object has always been an idiographic problem in enterprise management. The traditional enterprise consultation affronting tanglesome consulted objects and inadequate developing of enterprise consulting methods have resulted in the ambiguity of consulting methods. And in actual consultation, because of the compositive and blurry capability on the organization structure and function of the large amount of small and medium enterprises (SMES), the technicality methods and forms are hard to adapt the all-round demand of SMES. Therefore, through the study on the commonness of the consulted objects' organizational structure and function, applying the enterprise value function system (VFS) which brought forward by Liang Gefu (2004), this article discuss about using the mature Value Engineering (VE) method, which has many advantages to analyze the VFS, from the function and the value angle, making the VFS present the hiberarchy with Value Chain (VC) system characteristic.We apply VE and other nature and ration appraisal consulting methods to analyze and appraise VFS followed by the enterprise consulting methods system we construct. It works in the value chain system hierarchy that formed after putting VE into the VFS (converse system). The hierarchy is: analysis consulting of products or operation chain, analysis consulting of work chain on the department activity levels, analysis and consulting of enterprise chain on the department levels, analysis consulting of the supply chain on the industry and trade levels. According to our study, we attempt to make our analysis on the enterprise value function system apply in the actual appraising practice gradually.
