| Under the frequent international and domestic tensions such as force majeure such as the epidemic and national conflicts,the engineering consulting industry has sought survival,increased its momentum and strength in the cracks of the epidemic and competition.So how to gain momentum,ensure development and achieve goals in a complex environment with limited resources,frequent crises and intensified competition is the core problem faced by engineering consulting enterprises at present,and solving this problem is inseparable from the use of enterprise human capital.Among them,performance management occupies a central position.This thesis takes Hunan Yongxin Engineering Consulting Company as the research object,in addition to the theories of business evaluation at home and abroad,this thesis also introduces the definition,classification,existing problems and evaluation methods of enterprise business evaluation,as well as several evaluation methods.Through interviews,surveys and other forms,it was found that there were deficiencies in the setting of performance appraisal indicators,object coverage,feedback channels,etc.,and through the analysis of the causes of the problems,it was further found that there were essential phenomena such as the relatively lagging management philosophy of managers,the weakness in the identification of the cultural analysis of operation,resulting in the lack of endogenous motivation of employees and the relatively low management level of the company,so that the company’s strategic goals were difficult to achieve.According to this thesis,guided by the relevant performance management theory,this thesis divides the company’s employees into different levels,constructs a hierarchical assessment index system,designs a performance evaluation system,and gradually applies it to the evaluation of performance evaluation results.Specific improvement measures are put forward to ensure the best organization,system,culture and technical scheme.The research in this thesis has determined a practical employee performance appraisal system for Yongxin Engineering Consulting Company,which has promoted the company’s human resource management level to a new level,and at the same time helped to enhance the company’s internal cohesion,provided favorable conditions for employees to improve their wishes,to fulfil existing conditions,and release their inherent creativity.Last but not least,the research in this thesis has brought new opportunities to promote and improve the company’s management,which is beneficial to the company’s transformation and upgrading. |
