Study On The Bid-Evaluating Method Based On DEA In Engineering Projects And The Applied Research

This paper first studies the domestic and international research situation of engineering construction project bidding-evaluating, analyzes bidding-evaluating operational status in our country. Relevant theories on project bidding-evaluation are analyzed, especially bidding-evaluation index system and evaluation methods. Taking the case proposed later into consideration, a set of indices is constructed. Then, the main principles of Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) method is introduced, and is compared with other evaluation methods, to prove its advantages on bidding-evaluating. YL power engineering construction project is taken as an analysis case, and combined with its bidding condition, the input and output index of DEA model are confirmed, then it is the evaluating process. At last, evaluating results and corresponding advices are put forward, which may provide references for relative departments.
