Have analyzed the comparing differences between 36 industries in Hebei and inchina, the industrial competitive power's developing position of Hebei in 31 provinces,have sought the industrial competitive power's problem of Hebei and have broughtforward a countermeasure to raise the industrial competitive power of Hebei. The maincontent has summarized as follows: First, from the current situation of Hebei, carried out acrosswise contrast to the recent developments in Hebei and the average national level fromfour angles about total investment, total delivers, total sales, total benefit and obtained therelative degree of development. Second, carried out a contrast to the industry level inHebei and in the whole country by using comparative labor productivity, shill-sharemethod.
