Based on a large amount of investigation data and the relatedtheoretical study, Chapter 4 analyzes the existing incentive mechanism and theconsequent conflicts of interests among varied levels and ranks resulting from thismechanism. In addition to giving a penetrative suggestion to the framework of AEO'sinternal relations, Chapter 5 proposes a new incentive mechanism——solving problemsfrom the aspects of both whole and individual. Through case analysis, Chapter 6 provedthe feasibility of the AEO's incentive system exactly and concretely. It is rare to use the incentive theory studying the internal problems of AEO in Chinanow.
