This paper Based on the theory of human capital management incentive mechanism and analysis, studied the human capital incentive variable, and come to the conclusion of basic idea: it is that Human capital incentive exogenous variables (ie: Enterprise factor) affected the enterprise's employees human capital incentive endogenous variable (ie: the Employee Commitment, satisfaction and loyalty).This paper conducted a questionnaire survey, and analysis the collected data by used statistical software SPSS13.0. Researched the human capital incentive exogenous variables affect the human capital within the variable component of the three-part incentive.The conclusion was: there was a significant correlation between the Loyalty and management systems, leadership, salaries and rewards; there was a significant correlation between the Employee Commitment and the work itself, the ability of leader, use ability; there was a significant correlation between the Satisfaction and the management system, the ability of leader, salaries and rewards, office environment. |
