With the coming of information age computer technology and internet develop quickly, network recruitments are more and more popular. One side, job seekers don't settle for traditional recruitment channels but use new and broad channels like internet, issue employment Information or application, the other side, more and more corporation recruit talents by internet. As far as corporation is concerned, internet has a very strong attraction for modern people as a modern communication, they could find lots of suitable talents.Meanwhile with the increasing of recruitment website internet recruitment information has a large number, lots of variety, different value and service, therefore users are difficult to judge websites' quality and value, search recruitment information they need and chose useful information. This is the reason why we have a subject about how to evaluate existing human resource recruitment websites.This article has four chapters. Chapter one is background explaination, author analyzes domestic actuality of employment market and recruitment market. Recently with the increasing of employment pressure and enhancing of talents flow in our country, all levels government and much social capital offer more and more recruitment channels to build a flat for talents' supply and demand, relax employment pressure. And network recruitment is becoming main channel though its special strength.Chapter two is to analyze domestic actual network recruitment market. author analyzes recruitment market's scale, users' scale and relative websites' strength and weakness, try to make readers obtain macroscopical understand to its industry market.Chapter three is to analyze network recruitment markets' competition structure and learn job seekers' need to websites function by investigation. Competitive network, different service level and not enough satisfaction to users need are reason why to establish index system of recruitment websites evaluationChapter four is this article's main part. In this part author puts forward principle to build evaluation index system of recruitment websites, according to this principle establish relative index system frame. It evaluates from four parts, content index, user index, operation index and technology index. Every first-degree index has some second-degree index, amount to 17 second-degree indexes, every index has detailed explaination, proportion and evaluation standard.The meaning of this article is to make researchers pay more attention to recruitment websites evaluation, so that service for users well by internet information.
