The thesis analyzed MF Company's background, organization, marketing plan, management work and market promotion process, and synthetically utilized the marketing & management knowledge which learned in MBA, integrated theory with practice, try to study and analyze the company's marketing strategy.Started from introducing the company's background, the development and current status of Chinese Tobacco Industry & Tobacco Flavor & Fragrance Industry, the author shared his own experience in MF company to show out the problems existed in the sales and marketing management. Based on the analysis of the company's internal and external environment, the strength and weakness and the market value, this thesis made out suggestions on the company's future marketing stratagem and combination.The thesis'original point is:Tobacco Flavor Industry is quite a specialized industry. Previously the research in this industry was usually focused on the flavor's compounding technology, seldom involved in marketing. This thesis filled in the vacancy to study with the marketing.This thesis brought forward some practical and feasible suggestions on how to solve the problems in the sales and marketing area of MF Company. At the same time, it also indicated orientation to the other companies among the tobacco industry in their marketing practice.This thesis used such well-known analysis method, like PEST,SWOT, etc. respectively from external and internal side to analyze MF company's marketing and try to make some suggestions to their weakness. which is expected to be valuable to the readers.
