Research On Issue Of Social Insurance For China's Migrant Workers

It is not only conductive to safeguarding rights of migrant workers, but also be conductive to resolving the "three rural" (agriculture, rural areas and farmers), promoting urbanization, promoting urban and rural social security system reform and other issues that farmers groups for the transition of China's urbanization process, and to solve their social problems, solve problems. Farmer's social security system includes social assistance system, the social insurance system and the social welfare system. Social welfare system builds on the basis of higher productivity levels, also known as the "high level of social protection". So we cannot consider that migrant workers in the urban social security system. Social insurance system for workers is the provision of material assistance in a system that is job security; and the social relief system to the production crisis due to various reasons, and the members of the society into a system to provide material assistance, non-job security. For workers, job security is a major, but a social insurance system to occupy a dominant position in the social security system. Therefore, we support the project selection here is the choice between social insurance of the project.In this paper, I use research results to discuss and resolve the issue of social insurance in the theory of social security for migrant workers in the Western countries, the social insurance status of China's migrant workers, reasonable insurance options, proposing appropriate solutions and the implementation of a reasonable model. I hope it will provide reference for the establishment of the social insurance system.
