The third chapter mainly through analysis and study of the current rural migrant workers endowment insurance mode, the current situation of the migrant workers endowment insurance of our country and the existing problems are discussed, analyzed the causes of the problems. The fourth chapter through the actual research and data analysis, survey of the actual situation of endowment insurance of migrant workers to myself for, and using the binary Logistic regression analysis, objective analysis the influence migrant workers'willingness to actually ginseng and ginseng protect migrant workers. The fifth chapter focuses on the migrant workers endowment insurance system construction are also proposed.
