| Management is always assimilated to productivity, which pushes the development of a country,a society and its enterprises. The relationship between management sciences and the practice of management is similar to the relation between theory and practice, so effective research of management sciences is beneficial to the improvement of the management level. On the other hand, management practices continuously changing with the development of the era, in the new age, it is necessary to research what have happened to the management sciences and its development trends, which is helpful if we want to know the management discipline's development direction, to find out the deficiency in the research of management sciences and grasp the points of the research in it, finally pushes the research of management sciences. At the same time, we needs many methods to study mass management research resources, so that we can get the much truthful and impersonal information, but usually only qualitative analysis method is used, and quantitative analysis method is usually Literature Analysis. Based on this situation, we integrate Quantitative Content Analysis and Qualitative Content Analysis as our main research method, at the same time; we use Literature Analysis method as an assisted method.The research on the management sciences Chinese school problem, Qualitative Content Analysis of management sciences and management subjects shows that: (1) The unified and practical theories system of management sciences hasn't been established, and the theories system which suits Chinese present condition also hasn't been found, which blocks the practical application of the corresponding theories. (2) The research of management sciences in China is still immature, without a solid basic and sufficient accumulation, researches in the field as a whole are behind the foreign countries, basically in a tracking and reference learning situation. (3) There are some leading subjects in the field of Chinese management sciences, such as the Technology and Theory of Internet Government. (4) Nowadays both domestic and abroad the main research stream in management sciences is the academism, and cooperation study's rate is low. (5) The following three fields include Knowledge Management, Knowledge Economic and Information Economic will be the hot fields in future in the government science, and the Organization and Individual Studying also will be studied and be emphasized. (6) The study on Public Policy and Management in foreign countries is less, in our country it is also not so hot, but china has its own feature. In addition,Farming-Forest Economy etc, which are developing quickly with the needs of times. As a validation and complement to the above qualitative analysis, we use Quantitative Content Analysis (QTCA) to study management sciences and find that: (1) Foreign study of management sciences is focus on Business Management, there is little notice put on Macro Policy and Management subjects. (2) There are much more research on Macro Policy and Management in China, and some subjects such as Public Management and Policy, Finance Government are rising as the hot spots research, and Macro-economic Strategy Management and Policy has been sufficiently developed (3) There are also some subjects such as the Technology and Theory of Information, Technology and Theory of evaluation etc, which are the subjects recognized as mature. (4) Nowadays,in management sciences field more and more importance is put on the connection with practical requirements, but the basic research isn't enough. (5) The research of Knowledge Management is hot in the foreign countries, but in China it doesn't receive enough attention now, which will be a hot research subject in the near future. (6) The co-operation rate between researchers and the study level in the field of management sciences in China is lower than foreign countries. (7) The subject of Macro Policy and Management'development in our country falls behind the other subjects in the whole Management Sciences field, and it its international level is low.Through the combination of the two content analysis methods, qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, this paper do some studies on the management sciences, corresponding results show that the research on this subject is immature, to establish a unified and practical theories system still needs a long period. And management sciences will pay attention to these new concepts such as"development","green"and"health", and the subjects such as Knowledge Management, Learning Management, Green Management and Human Resource Management will be the developing trends of management sciences. |
