Study On Peasant-worker's Vulnerable Status Of Employment And Amendatory System Based On Investigation In Chongqing

As the process of economic system reform and propulsion of urbanization stratagem, Chinese peasants who have been long confined in the countryside start to go to cities in order to survive and have a development. Austere employment pressure, huge salary difference between city and countryside and other factors make a power of push and pull, it makes more and more peasants go to cities. Now the peasants in the cities have become a gigantic and special colony went by the name of peasant-workers. These peasant-workers work in all kinds of areas in the cities. They enrich the urban and rural economies and do great dedication for the construction of cities. Because peasant-workers are very important colony, many scholars research them from different aspects.Getting a good job is the principal purpose and important premise of living for peasant-workers. But when these peasant-workers that have a good wish go to cities, they find that they suffer many unequal treatments and can't enjoy lots of working rights in obtaining employment. They are in vulnerable status comparing with other townsman when they take up an occupation. As the popularization of consciousness about equality and democracy consciousness, many peasant-workers begin to discontent with their condition of employment. Those unemployed peasant-workers are also an unstable factor to the society. So if this vulnerable status can't be solved effectively, it may intensify the peasant-workers'degree of poverty and cause collective social dissatisfaction. It will bring galactic strike for our country's construction about harmonious society.So this paper chooses peasant-workers'disadvantaged employment condition as the research object. On the basis of carrying on questionnaire investigation and visit on the spotting, we take the peasant-workers'status quo of employment in Chongqing as the example to research combined with the theory of managements, sociology and economics in order to give some revelation about solving peasant-workers'problem. This essay's main body includes three parts. Because peasant-workers'vulnerable position about obtaining employment incarnates in many aspects, we first conclude the category about peasant-worker's employment disadvantage and find that the peasant-workers are in employment disadvantageous condition for sure based on inquisitional data. It makes the paper have foundation to continue to dissertate. Secondly, this paper discusses the reasons about vulnerable condition of employment from inside and outside aspect. It also brings forward the viewpoint that concepts'inaccuracy is the important root. Through the discussion about reasons, it can suit the remedy to the case. Finally, it puts forward countermeasures from four sides about concept, policy, public service system and supervisory security rights system on the basis of summarizing some effective countermeasures about foreign companies. We also think the government should give peasant-workers the career development path.The problem about peasant-workers'employment is very important for construction our state's new countryside, setting up harmonious society and urbanization. It is the eras'demand to realize equal and general employment and effective transformation from countryside person to citizens for peasant-workers. Though improving peasant-workers'vulnerable status of employment is very difficult, the free and harmonious employment phase in our country can be expected soon if we can try hard unceasing.
