Study On Evaluation System Of Human Resource Management Information System Based On Increasing Business Value

As the widely use of management information technology, the ways increasing business value have change a lot. Human resource is gradually becomes the competitive resource of modem enterprise, and the use of information system in human resource management has brought great value to enterprise. But only when the information strategy is conformed to the enterprise strategy, the HR information system can realize the accumulating and rising of human capital and business value. The evaluation of information system is an effective way to realize the value of information system, but the research on the evaluation of human resource management system is limited. In this paper, on basis of research in business value, human resource management and IS evaluation, the author analyses the way HRIS contributes to the promotion of business value and build a evaluation system base on the way HRIS contribute to business value.The reason for choosing the thesis and the review of research in the evaluation of HRIS was introduced in part one. In the second part of this paper the author give a review and appraisement of relative theories of this thesis, and analyzes the factor affected business value and the relationship between HRIS and business. Base on the previous theory analysis, in the third part, the author builds the evaluation model of HRIS and give the detail explain of each index. Finally the paper gives a case study of a HRIS-implement enterprise to primary validate the system built in this paper.The HRIS evaluation system built by this paper provides an applied HRIS application evaluation method for enterprise to evaluate their performance of HRIS, and the contribution to the business value.
