Now, in the internet environment of business competition, the companies have been highly paying attention on the "People" around the requirements of their comprehensive, real-time and integrated information. Therefore, the planning and implementation of company’s Human Resources Management Information System (HRIS) is the most important for building core ability of company.G Company is a traditional manufacturing enterprise, in a rapidly changing business environment, G company wants its HR Strategy is able to serve business strategic closely. Therefore, building a central model of Human Resources Management Information System is the basic measures to achieve the goal of Human Resources Management driven by data managementFirstly, this paper expounds the research background and values of G Company, the related research literature review, research ideas and methods of this paper, and the structure of the thesis. And also introduces the theories of HRM, and MIS.
