The Strategic Research On The Sustainable Development Of HeFei Heating Company

The sustainable development thought proposes the source to the people who gradually understand and pay attention to the environment question. The enterprise is the basic unit of society and economy, and is the foundation of economical sustainable development, also is the guarantee of social and the national sustainable development.From the microscopic, this thesis researched enterprise's sustainable development, combed the sustainable development related theory, constructed the enterprise sustainable development research theory frame, summarized the development of Combined Heat and Power(CHP) in some countries , used PEST and SWOT analysis methods and tools, analyzed internal and external environment in detail, and proposed HeFei Heating Company's sustainable development strategies from the following four aspects, the adjustment and optimization of the organizational structure, the establishment of strategic human resource management system, cultivated and formed their own enterprise culture and strengthen enterprise information construction. Finally, combining analytic hierarchy process, the thesis establish a evaluation system of enterprises sustainable development and put the weights to the indicators.
