On The Pattern-Building And Competence-Improving Of Government's Public Service Institution-Supply Of Chinese Megalopolis

Since the adoption of reform and opening policies, megalopolis'public administration has been facing many new institutions and new problems, and its profound changes of contradiction have been taking place at the same time as megalopolis'economy and society also have been developing by leaps and bounds. The citizens'basic public demands have been rising gradually, while the government's public service is inadequate comparatively. The chief task of the Chapter Four is to research how to improve the competence of institution-supply, including approach, means, fashion and methods, as for the megalopolis'government supplying better public service. And on the basis, this chapter, benefiting from the efficient public service system arrange of megalopolis both home and abroad, has founded several chief public service institutions that is corresponding in the megalopolis'character.
