Study On Human Resource Demand Of Heilongjiang Province Modernization

In the condition of new economy, the production, dissemination and utilization degree of knowledge is the key factor to decide whether an enterprise can grow health or not. While the human resource in industrial distribution is imbalanced and according to the human resource demand rule, the study on human resource demand is positive to promote regional modernization development. After further analyzes on the present situation of Heilongjiang Province modernization, it had pointed out several questions should be paid attention to during Heilongjiang Province modernization strategy and proposed six strategic priorities.
