Today, the high-tech industries have become the leading industry as the technology changes with each passing day. Developing the high-tech and promoting the continual high speed development of its industry, is one of the most important strategy of our country to realize the national economy structure adjustment and the industry upgrades. In recent years, the high-tech industries in our country have developed so quickly, how to correctly analyze the development status quo of the high-tech industries in our country, how to forecast their development prospects and propose the corresponding countermeasure suggestions, have become the significant task faced by our country's high-tech industry.The thesis analyzed, according to the relative theories of high-tech industries, the development status quo from the aspects of industry group, using of foreign capital, industry policies, risk investment, based on the analysis of the relative domestic research findings and excavate the experiences of success and failure lesson of the high-tech industry of India .The thesis also constructed the evaluation index system of the competitiveness of high-tech industry and evaluate competitiveness of high-tech industry by Entropy theories with a few key index data of the output of high-tech industry and the development of national economy within 7 years, from 1999 to 2005.In the last part, the thesis proposed the countermeasure suggestions of boosting the development of high-tech industry of our country, included the measurements that impel the development of our country on the aspects of the high-tech industry policies adjustment, the perfect of technology innovation system, high-tech industry zone and the usage of risk investment.
