Study On Evaluation Of Jiangxi High-Tech Industry R&D Ability

Development of high-tech industry is the trend of today.After the economic crisis of 2008,in order to win the competition of science and technology,countries have increased investment in science and technology and introduced a variety of policies to support high-tech industry,so that the development of high-tech industries is an irreversible trend in the future. Core and soul of high-tech industry is technology and innovation, and R&D is the process of innovation and explore new technology, so study the R&D performance of high-tech industrial is not only has great significance for the development of economic of Jiangxi Province, but also is beneficial for our country to win the competition of science and technology with other countries.The main content of this paper is divided into seven chapters, the first chapter is to introduce the research background, research significance, research ideas and so on.The second chapter is the theoretical basis of this article, the second chapter introduces the definition, connotation and features of the high-tech industry at first, so that the readers could have a very clear understanding of it, then the author combed the relevant literature review, and do a certain conclusion for the research of the domestic and international scholars about research status of high-tech industry and R& D ability of high-tech industry,so the author clarify the directions, results, and inadequate of the research of domestic and international of the present stage.The third chapter analyze the situation of high-tech industry in Jiangxi,at first this chapter mkesome description on trends of indicators of high-tech industry in our country in recent years,then calculate ranking of the various indicators of high-tech industry in Jiangxi Province in the nation,so it can discover the shortcomings of high-tech industry in Jiangxi Province,and it also can provide a realistic basis for the empirical analysis later.The fourth chapter is the process of establishing index system in this paper,this chapter at first describe the concept of the R & D ability,then pointed out the construction crinciple of indicator System and factors of the R & D ability,finally,according to the foregoing summary and reference for research results of scholars, the author establish the index system of evaluation R & D ability of high-tech industry in Jiangxi Province.Chapter five is the part of empirical research,this chapter at first collecte the data,then the author used factor analysis method to carry on thequantitative analysis of R&D ability of the high-tech industry in Jiangxi Province and get the results of the evaluation,and then combined with the reality of high-tech industry in Jiangxi Province and the results of factor analysis to find out the shortcomings of R&D ability of the high-tech industry in Jiangxi Province.In the sixth chapter the author put forward countermeasures and suggestions on how to improve the level of R&D ability of jiangxi by the results of empirical analysis.Chapter seven is the conclusions and prospects of this pape.The results of this paper are:(1) High-tech industry R&D capabilities of Jiangxi Province ranked relatively rearward position,this is mainly due to too little in R&D investment.(2)The output of high-tech industry in jiangxi is relatively small.(3)The scale of high-tech industry in jiangxi is too small,so it hindered the further enhance of R&D ability of high-tech industry in jiangxi.According to the analysis, this paper argues that to improve the R&D performance of Jiangxi province should focus on the the following several aspects, first, focusing on training, introduction and retention of the talents; second, to increase R&D investment; third, increasing scale of the industry and culturing leading enterprises; fourth, focusing on training the technological innovation capability,fifth,to strengthen the protection of intellectual property rights.
