Research On The Target System And Method Of Post Evaluation Of Highway For Sustainable Development

The road traffic has become the important part of modern integrated traffic transportation for its flexible,fast,convenient,mobile,wide-coverage, deep connection and easy to reach. Considering the conditions of our country, on one hand, economy development has put forward increasing demands for road traffic transportation, especially for highway, to gain a larger first development in order to meet the needs for Chinese economic takeoff. On the other hand, the condition of Chinese environmental resources has strongly restricted the development of road traffic transportation in many ways. Thus sustainable development has become an inevitable choice for the sustainable development of road traffic, especially for Chinese highways.In this paper, based on the meaning of sustainable development, through researching the status of post evaluation for sustainable development on the domestic highway, the characteristics,meanings and purposes of highway construction were studied. And the influence factors for sustainable development during highway construction were screened out. Sub-factors of the influence factors were fractionized and the target system of post evaluation for sustainable development of highway was build which made highway construction for sustainable development from qualitative analysis phase into quantitative analysis phase. Comparing several primary methods of post evaluation for road traffic, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation was chosen as the method of post evaluation to evaluate the sustainable development of highway which provided a theoretical basis and method guide for achieving sustainable development of Chinese highway.Finally, based on the post evaluation of Changsha to Xiangtan highway, post evaluation for sustainable development on the highway was empirically analyzed. By validating the target system and method of evaluation for sustainable development of highway proposed in this paper on the highway, that Changsha to Xiangtan highway in a strong sustainable development can be drawn.
