| Guangdong High-tech Industrial development has developed more than 20 years,it's fruit of development is conspicuous,value of output and export has already ranked No.1 in our country,the province's science and technology expenditure increased year by year,personnel of R&D is growing,according to the statistics,engaged in R&D activities as many as 47 people in ten thousands,quantity of high-tech industry enterprise was more than 9000 in 2015,quantity for applicant of patent ranked forefront,have 5 company ranked 50 top international patent applicant in the world.The development of high-tech industry got fruitful,at the same time,appeared unbalanced development in different cities,encountered development bottlenecks especially under the influence of internal and external economic downturn situation,private high-tech enterprise acquired slow progress.Clarify the problems of the high-tech enterprise,looking at the characteristics of high-tech enterprise development both at home and abroad,can draw lessons from their successful experience.Timely adjusting and optimizing industrial structure of Guangdong high-tech enterprise is current urgent problem that need to face.The article is based on Potter's Diamond Theory,Incubator's Theory,the Innovation Theory of Joseph Alois Schumpeter,Theil's Index Analysis and Satti's Analytic Hierarchy Process,lists the overall strength of high-tech industry development for Guangdong,prominent features of development,as well as the status of enterprise in whole province;at present,Guangdong high-tech industry development facing kinds of problems:impertinent role of the government,external economic environment situation is not good,loosely connected "industry-university-institute" cooperation,imbalance development of regional high-tech company,appear development bottleneck,the industrial structure is not reasonable,with too many private high-tech company and most of them develop very slow,etc;besides,this thesis analyzes Guangdong high-tech industrial advantages and disadvantages,faces opportunities and challenges;development environment of both at home and abroad,draw on the successful experience of both domestic and abroad,making Guangdong high-tech industry walk to a correct way.Finally,article mentions Guangdong high-tech industry development policy dynamic:support underdeveloped region adopt and indraught high-tech industry,make regional development level tend to balance,pay attention to main body innovation,strengthen the joint interaction,put enterprise innovation in core status,broaden the financing channels,focus on the key industries,strengthen the cultivation of scientific and technological patent,encourage small enterprise of high-tech development especially for the private high-tech company. |
