As China has participated WTO, This brings Challenges and opportunities for the domestic enterprises, especially China's pretrochemical industry, they have entered a new century and new stage and their competitions are increasingly severe. With the rapid development of the domestic economy, China National Petroleum Corporation (shortened for" China Petroleum ") is facing the dual pressures and challenges of the domestic and international. In the present circumstances, it is a difficult problem about how to speed up constructing a big transnational oil corporation group whose main businesse is prominent and whose core competition is strong, and how to continue to maintain the ranking of the status of the world's big oil companies.This article has analysed the developing status quo at home and abroad of China Petrochemical enterprises, especially it has studied the sale model of petrochemical products of China Petroleum, and it has definituded precursor's role in the national economy of China's pretrochemica corporations. At the same time the article has put forward that developing key lies in the boostness of its competitiveness, profitability and resisting risks, and lies in expanding marketing channels, thus it has proposed that the developing keystone of China's pretrochemica products should focused on the options of the "unitive marketing" model. Under premise about the achieved result of analyslzing the "unitive marketing" model, the article has combined the facing challenges of the chemical corporations' sales, and then it has enacted the developing ideas and goals of the "unitive marketing" model of China's petrochemical products. The proposed developing orientation of unitive marketing model is intensivism operations and specialization management. Focusing on the goal and ensuring the goal to be successfully implemented, the article has constituted a series of corresponding implementing strategies. In this article, it is researched deeply for the "unitive marketing" of the petrochemical products, the reseaching findings have prodigious referred merits for the sales of petrochemical products of China Petroleum. And for these, there are consulting means for these petrochemical enterprises which probe into the product effective remarketing mode.
