The competition among enterprises is in essence the competition of man power resources which is contest of wisdom and strength between people.Nowadays,no matter which enterprises needs the possession of high-quality talents and optimization of the whole manpower resources,if he wants to expand himself continuously and healthily. The enterprises needs not only to perfect the mechamism of administration and management but also establish effective incentive mechanism in order to optimize the whole manpower resources.Based on the characteristics of state owned electrics power enterprises and situation of employee management, this paper analyzes the reason for the problem existing in A company that the study-development staff lacks enthusiasm for work and then draws the conclusion. It is necessary to reform the study-development staff of A company incentive mechanism in order to improve employee's work enthusiasm and efficiency to adapt to market competition.As an emphasis,the problem of staff incentive mechanism currently existing in A company is analyzed.Based on theory of motivation,after which is combined with practice,the study-development staff is discissed by referring to successful experiences of other enterprises in this respect. Incentive to employee is a systematic engineering. During the course,every theory of motivation is related to each other. That is to say,motivation factors must be completely considered in the course of individual capability evaluation,object design,performance appraisal,reasonable physical capability evaluation, object design, performance appraisal,reasonable physical and mental incentive method to meet with individual demands.The paper illustrates design method of incentive mechanism especially in such as individual capacity selection,rated management,performance rating,motivation pattern and so on,emphasizes on combination theory with practice and have great meaning on research of incentive mechanism of development staff in enterprises.At the same time,ideas and ways in research will have reference valuation for other staff's incentive research.
