China has entered the World Trade Organization (WTO) for five years. Economic globalization influenced our country's enterprises especially the circulating field corporations deeply. China has opened up the trade sector gradually in order to adapt international economical society's rules. It means that the state—owned foreign trade enterprises have lost their operating authorities. Since all kinds of foreign trade business of manufacturing increase rapidly, under this situation foreign trade talents are facing more chances and more competitions They show more importance for the state—owned foreign trade enterprises' surviving and developing. Now the tate—owned foreign trade enterprises have owned widely international market net, fine relatiosns between government and business and smooth funds chain through over 30 years foreign trade operation. How to utilize these advantages and convert our disadvantages and keep our position steadily in the market competition? Above all these are controlled by human especially trade talents. In recent years foreign trade talents particularly skeleton sales person flow frequently. There are many reasons but the key reason is that they feel not getting development chances. They feel that "The out world is wonderful" and their enthusiasm have not been aroused completely in the state—owned foreign trade enterprises. Therefore the state—owned foreign trade enterprises should establish a set of competitive salary system in order to attract and keep up our excellent talents. We know only a high -efficiency stable staff team can realize the continuous developing of foreign trade business. In this thesis, firstly we analyze the reason that these foreign trade talents flow briefly. We want to reveal the concept, content and essence of salary through the analysis of these phenomenon and looking back the theory of salary and recounting about salary principles. Now the state-owned foreign trade corporations have established a set of salary system basically which is not perfect comparing with the standard of economic globalization. We consult popular salary system of enterprise both at home and abroad and design the new salary system of the foreign trade enterprises on the basis of drawing lessons from ripe position analytical method works and analyses to the post of the foreign trade enterprises. The final purpose of this paper is to attempt to offer some cases and materials for the enterprise that wants to set up the system of salary through the analytical work of position.
