?With the rapid development of urbanization and industrialization, large amount of young and strong rural labor force flows to the city. Rural economy and society development is confronted with a serious bottleneck of the talented. Vitalizing the rural economy and society, lies in cnhancing rural labor's quality, and trains one large number of the new farmers concentrating efforts on the new rural area building to strengthen the endogenous development strength of rural area.Under the Big background of the socialism new rural area construction and social vicissitude, the concept of new farmer has the brand-new connotation. They are new laborers of having modern scientific knowledge, knowing the technology, handling manage, with specialized occupation, systemization highly, capital goods diversifying, fruit of labor being market-oriented and by the managerial income primarily.The training of new farmers requires the system of citizen education and social education's joint efforts. This thesis focused on the system of social education. The research which makes uses of organization resources to the farmers' training is not much. It's the law that a lot of economists accept that the effective organization form is extremely important social resource among the development. This thesis suggests that organization resource will be worth while providing training to new farmers, and the training by organization is very effective.The new farmers' training by organization is the way organizing resource, pushing forward the organizing learning, improving their skills, strengthening their organization mental consciousness, realizing the targets of the new farmers' training and organizing development. Compared with the other ways, the training by organization has many advantages on using organization resource, the nimble form , unify training mechanism, the technical ability and organizing consciousness training simultaneously, the development of farmers and organization moving forward each other. This thesis studies the training processes including promoting forming organization, organization learning, and achievement applying. The effective mechanism and implement can promote organization learning. The thesis further studies the pushing mechanisms in the application of training which building-up continue learning mechanism, building-up intimate work together relation, building-up connection network, cultivating the concept of sharing knowledge, cultivating the innovative and developed spirit, cultivating the method of system accessing, cultivating the purpose of building-up ability and the implements about Community of Practice and Action Learning. In the agricultural industrialization, the agricultural industrial organization plays a vital role to the improvement of the farmer's quality and ability. The article takes agricultural industrialization organizations for example, expounding with agricultural industrialization spurring on training the new farmers through training together, the hand handle imparting, cooperation between school and enterprises and Action Learning. The thesis summarizes finally, agricultural industrialization organizations are able to promote the efficacy fatherly of training the new framers through applying the mechanisms of training by organization.
