A Research On Justice Of Enterprise System

At present, our nation is at the period of social transformation,systematic transformation and knowledge economy changing with each passing day, many problems on Enterprise systematic ethics revealed, which influenced seriously the survival and development of the Enterprises. The objective actual state of the contemporary enterprise, which raise urgent demands to the ethical construction of enterprises, especially, to the research on justices of Enterprise system. Looked on the current condition of domestic research, only few scholars research justice on Enterprise system, but there are always few words, it is hard to bring about system. It is still at the beginning stage, the depth and breadth of the research needs to be strengthened and deepened.This papers constructs the main principles of justice on Enterprise system, through the discussion of the connotation related to the justice on Enterprise system and its judgments on value, and expounds its concrete contents, and analyses its problems at present and its reasons, and explores its practical routes to protect it .The papers is divided into four chapters.The first chapter clarifies the connotation and value of the justice on Enterprise system. Firstly, discussing the connotation related to the justice on Enterprise system, including justice,system,systematic justice,enterprise,enterprise system and the justice on Enterprise system. Secondly, making judgments to the value of the justice on Enterprise system, including mainly ensuring the standard of behavioral choice of the Enterprises and theirs members; guaranteeing the rights and benefits of the relative people in enterprises and outside; assuring the healthy survival and persistent and scientific development of the enterprise.The second chapter constructs the principles of the justice on Enterprise system and discusses their contents.
