The Study On The Assembling Of Agricultural Population And Construction Of Small Towns

Testifying , it is difficult to resolve the problem of "really poor rural,really bitter peasant and dangerous agriculture" depending solely on agriculture development. The cause is that the quantity of agricultural population assembling in rural area is very large. We need have new train of thought in order to resolve this problem. let large amount of agricultural population assemble throught reinforcing construction of small towns , improve urbanization level of population .On the road of construction of Chinese characteristics's city and town,small town is the center of Urbanization in Chinese Rural Areas,the development of it boosts the productive factors of city and countryside to move reasonably ,group best.Especially in the stage ,the level of our urbanization is lower.so ,it is very important for different area to develop small town on base different situation,reinforce the construction of small town ,guide agricultural population move and live in small town ,in order to improve the level of whole country's urbanization and Build new rural area of socialism all round .At present ,the achievements to the research of small town are comparatively notable. Many article of them emphase on "The macroscopic view" in the development of small town, are short of the analysis on concrete problem,cannot clarify deeply the area characters.How to reinforce the construction of small town on the base of the area practice ,to consist on a sustainable development road on the background of macroscopic view of our country economic and social development,that will be the problem that the researchers need to study further。The applying of assembling theory begins juat now In the research on small town.there is much room to improve and study.i try to analyse and study this promble,read articles seriously in the loving of rural and the instrests in the construction of small town.Since I was a graduating student,I have published six articles that condent with the construction of small towns and the concentration of agricultural population.there are three articles in the beginning of my study,《the strategic significance and countermeasuring on coordinating the developing between urban and rural》,《coordinating the developing between urban and rural from different area》and so on.As the deep study,I think this question from the characteristic construction of urbanization aspect,have published《the prombles and choices about the construction of Urbanization in our country》that clarify we should be on the way of Taking small town as characteristics. although there are some questions in the construction,we can overcome . With the thought of theory questions,I find that it can make out the essence of problem accurately through investigating my hometown wennan town xintai city,so I published the article《the assembles of Agricultural population and construction of small towns》that is the core part of my graduation thesis and the basis for the thesis complete smoothly.Because the the assembling of agricultural population and and the construction of small towns as a synthetical study point ,we have to use many research methods to achieve the research purpose. There are experimentation analysis,alternating method,looking up the documents and Special interview on subject in my article .The article analyse the factors of motivation and hinderings in the course of the agricultural population assembling in wennan town, Passing with the wennan town that is type of resources for entrance. At last,I provise some advice to solve prombles from the practice.We find that there are some commons and differnces in the development of some towns from analysing of wennan town.What called the innovation in the article is that The article insorbing present research achievements promotes certain height on the basis of Predecessors'research . I study this question from the view of assembles of Agricultural population.many researchers study it from the view of centration of industies,omissing the people view.although some of them refer that,they don't take it as key point. I study the wennan town using the method of Experimentation Analysis on the aspect of research methods.
