Civil aviation airport is a burgeoning and challenging industry in China. From 2002, the character of civil aviation airports has been confirmed to enterprise in the localization reform. Because of the change of airport's character, the managers of airports have to pay their attention from only on operation management to whole management, especially to the development and encouragement of employee. Periodic employee satisfaction surveys can not only diagnose the quality of human resource management, understand the need of employees, but also inspect the effect of airport's performance, foreknow the thinking and turnover of employees to avoid the crisis of human resource. In the next place, with the increasing of airports' customers, the airports must build up the idea of service. "Only the employees satisfy, the customers do". So the airports can obtain competition advantage from human resources. In addition, employee satisfaction is also an important psychological index of the work-life quality of employee. If the level of employee satisfaction is high, the employee may have positive attitude to his job. But if the level is low, the attitude of employee to job is maybe negative. It has profound meaning to the building of "Person Oriented" on airports. Employee satisfaction is also one of vital indexes in civil aviation calamity early-warming index system. With the development of science and technology, effect of technique on civil aviation safety is coming down, but the effect of human and organization management factor is climbing. Through employee satisfaction survey, managers of airports can grasp the work attitude of employee in to avoid negative impact the human factor on safety.Firstly, the situations of the airport's employee satisfaction are investigated through the questionnaires in this thesis. The soft of SPSS is utilized to analyze result of the survey. The actuality and problems of airports' employee satisfaction are been hold. Based on these, the factors, which can determine the employee satisfaction, are generalized to intrinsic compensation and extrinsic compensation. The model of "Compensation Combination-Employee Satisfaction" is presented, which shows that intrinsic compensation and extrinsic compensation must be improved at the same time, if the airport's employee satisfaction is wanted to be improved. It can enhance the level of airport's employee satisfaction that improving the way of job design, perfecting on-job training, and carrying out airport employee's career management, meanwhile establishing excellent airport culture, reforming monetary compensation system.Questionnaire survey, statistics and interview method are applied in this thesis. The research is based on plentiful information from internet, library and several large or middle airports, of which set out the value, which make this thesis more objective and detailed.
