As the market fierce competition gradually updated,companies more and more recognized that employees are the most valuable human resources of enterprise development.People-oriented management philosophy rooted in mind.As the most precious wealth,employees are the driving force of enterprise development and the source of profit.Employee satisfaction is the key factor of feeling on enterprises management aspects to influence employee's behavior and output of work which impact enterprises growth crucially.Employee's working efficience and outcome qualities impact company's existence and developing.In order to keep company in a good situation,the management has to focus on the employee satisfaction status and continuously developing to motivate employee more activity and creativity.Based on the study of previously employee satisfaction research,this paper adopted literature research method,questionnaire method,statistical analysis method etc.To particularly understand the impacted factors in all aspects.Combined with company C's actual employee's characteristically,business develop status and market information to find out employee satisfaction status and root causes to develop an improvement action plan.As the statistical replies,company C has a low employee satisfaction degree.This paper focused on 3 outstanding points,working group relationship satisfaction,working-self satisfaction and enterprise culture construction satisfaction.Engaged with company's issues and actual status,proposed relative imporvement plan on leadership improvment,colleague relationship improvment;optimize employee selection,improve training system,create harmony working atmosphere,enhance staff's working acquistion;establish people-oriented concept,build a learning company culture,enhance staff's sense of belonging,strengthen different cultural communication.Through this research,aims to provide some advice to improve company C's employee satisfaction.
