Youth Employment Research In ZaoZhuang

The youth employment problem is a worldwide problem, which is also a serious hot spot of society during the course of China's reform. The thesis plans to have a systemic analysis and research on the current situation and countermeasures of Zaozhuang youth employment. The youth employment mentioned in the article, however, is a concept of "wide employment", which includes not only the first time of employment, but also the re-employment of youth, and thus it contains job-waiting young people from college graduates, bankrupt company laid-off young people, and surplus rural labour who need who need to be transferred from rural areas.Zaozhuang is a traditional resource-based city which was built and developed by coal. In recent years, with the depletion of coal which has been the mainstay of the economy, many coal mines are closed and nearly 12,000 youth employees lost their job. Meanwhile, the youth rate in Zaozhuang population is high, and the youth employment problems has become one of the most challenging problems in the economic restructure in Zaozhuang. Youth has become the minority in employment and re-mployment, in a certain sense, the employment problem in Zaozhuang is just a youth problem. As a result, the article analyses the current youth employment situation in human resource market and researches the attitudes of the youth employment and business establishment in Zaozhuang, and points out 3 factors which effects youth employment and business establishment: economic society development, youth individual quality and "Youth Business Establishment Activity", whose branch program "order form training", "business establishment buffet" and "post-bachelor center" have form a good operation mode. The article then puts forward the "Youth Business Establishment Activity" model as a green channel for youth employment and business establishment under the viewing angle of the Communist Youth League which serves youth employment and business establishment, and supplies a practical support for youth employment in Zaozhuang. In the discussion of countermeasures, it puts forward a point from the government's point of view, which is to establish industry and employment policy that suits Zaozhuang to improve youth employment; from the enterprise's point of view, the point is that coal enterprises stretch the industry chain actively and develop other industries besides coal industry to re-employ interior laid-off workers inside the enterprises themselves to unleash the employ effects of enterprises with small and medium sizes; from the society's point of view, it suggests to teach youth with the right attitude of career and establish the idea that technical talents are of great importance and the idea of business establishment; from the viewpoint of the Communist Youth League, try to find the best method for youth employment and maximum employment, and form a situation that youth have, want and are able to start a career.
