Study On The Intensive Utilization Of Urban Land During The Process Of Urbanization In Baoding City

Urbanization is inevitable trend for agriculture industrialization and modernization of rural economy. 16th National Congress of Chinese Communist Party makes building a well-off society in an all-round way as target and quickening urbanization progress as the important mission. Urbanization take radical changes of economic relationships, drive great changes of land utilization in urban and rural region, and cause a series of problems such as harmonious development of urban and rural area. Urbanization relies on land utilization. Land plays an important role in the progress of urbanization. Adjustment of industrial structure, population gathering and foundation facilities construction are madden into realities through reallocation of land resources. It has important realistic meaning to build land utilization system with reasonable Structure, complementing function each other and maximization of comprehensive benefit through efficient and intensive land utilization.There are six chapters involved in this article. The first chapter is an introduction to discuss the background and significance of this research. The results related to this topic were reviewed and the study framework was proposed in this chapter. In the second chapter, the conception of urbanization and intensive utilization of urban land was introduced; and a systematic analysis of the driving forces in the intensive utilization of urban land was conducted. In the next chapter, the current situation of the urbanization and the intensive utilization of urban land in Baoding city were analyzed and their relationship was validated by a quantitative method. In the fifth chapter, the potential of the urban land intensive utilization in Baoding city was assessed in macroscopical using a quantitative evaluation model. And in the last chapter, some policy suggestions were proposed to improve the intensive utilization of urban land in Baoding city in the future.This text tried in several following respects:①From the macroscopical aspect, define the concept and intention of urban land intensively utilizing appraise;②From the angle of influencing factor, it construct a index system and reasonable value standard of three project, which suit in Baoding city.
