Hotel Industry has a great development in recent years. With the speedy development, hotel's Human Resources Department has a big challenge. Hotel is the industry which need a great volume of labor forces .The competition between hotels has become the competition of human resources from the competition of hardware and brand .As an important basic function, training is the good way for human resources to increase its value .Through training, hotel improves staff's efficiency ,achieve hotel's target revenue and strengthen the competition ability .The article works out the training system design and points out how to conduct the training for hotel sales , how to achieve hotel target revenue by training.The article analyzes the current situation for hotel's management , training and sales' training .With the analysis and the deep understanding of training theory , the article designs training system for hotel sales and illustrates every step of the system in details .The System includes training inquiry survey, training target , training plan , conduct of training and training evaluation procedure .The first part introduces the writing background, reason and the essay's structure .The second part illustrates the theories of training, including relative training theories, training definition, etc. It is the theory base for the design .The third part introduces the current situation of HI Hotel, human resources and sales. It analyzes the current problem .The forth part designs the training system with every operational procedure in details on the base of hotel strategy .The fifth part points out the weakness and strength of the system .It also works out an improvement plan.
