Land Use Changes And The Evaluation Of Economic Benefit Of Resource-dependent Cities Of Semi-arid Region

Under the background of urbanization construction by society and the government promoted,the urban land use changes and the economic benefit has become a hot issue studied of current academic circle.Baotou city of Inner Mongolia as a resource-dependent cities of semi-arid region,by the national "HuBaoaYin" economic belt and municipality “HuBaoE"economic circle covered at the same time.Industrial development and urban construction of Baotou city needs a large amount of construction land, land-use type affects the social economy and ecological environment. Article for the study of land use changes and the evaluation of economic benefit, a case of Kundulun district Baotou city for resource-dependent cities of Semi-arid region land development type offer reference. The main content as follows:(1) Combined with the situation of the study region, and with reference to the《land use classification standard》of state presented, the land use types is divided into five categories in the study area: industrial land, commercial land, residential land, the comprehensive land and traffic land. According to the two issue of remote sensing data from 2003 to 2013 of Baotou city apply geography information system,interpret the data of remote-sensing image and analysis the rule of land use changes;(2) Analysis land price impact factor of different land use types of Baotou city from 2003-2013 years and established the evaluation land economic benefit system;(3) Together with the present situation of land use change, calculated land price impact factor weights of 2003-2013 years by using principal component analysis, according to the grade of land output/input rating onthe evaluation of land economic benefit;(4)To make discussion for the land use and land relationship of the resource-dependent cities of semi-arid region.Studies have shown that the urban construction land expansion trend of Kundulun district in nearly decade,and general direction of transformation is comprehensive land translate into the industrial land,commercial land, residential land and traffic land mainly,, among them that various land use type change in larger extent the most significant growth is industry land;Industrial land, commercial land and residence land economic benefit is well, the commercial land economic benefit is outstanding for especially nearly 10 years of sustained growth,.Discussion that resource-dependent cities of Semi-arid region face the challenge of industry transformation such as Baotou city.To emphasize that the intensive utilization of land resources and the protection of the ecological environment and pay attention to the harmony between man and nature for strive to supply and demand balance development when our government and society must be in the protection of economy development at the same time,...
