The Study Of American Producer Service And The Advise To China

Since 1950s, the economic structure of countries, especially thedeveloped countries has changed heavily. The employment and output ofservice industry have been increasing, and when it comes to 1980s, theoutput of service industry has reached 60% of GDP in each developedcountries, the percentage also reached to 40% in the developing countries.We find that, in the year of 2000, the percentage of producer service hasbeen increasing year after year coming to above 50%. It not only changedthe way of produce and management, but also promoted the update oftraditional service industry, and the producer service became a new engineof the economic growth. Because of the update of the service industry, itplayed a more important role in the aspect of employment and output of theeconomy. The third technology revolution promoted the change of structureof service industry, and the producer service broke away from themanufacture industry, which changed the feature and form of the serviceproduct. In the 80s of twenty century, the information revolution made theproducer service became high technology, intense-knowledge, high valueadded and high level of management. The structure of service industry haschanged thoroughly. Then, this paper has try to explain why the producer service developed so rapidly, has try to demonstrate the function ofproducer service in the process of economic structure' evolution, and has tryto study the relationship between the producer service and the economicdepartment using the way of input and output analysis. On the basis ofstudying the American producer service, we compare China with America,and further locate the phase of our country's producer service and thedirection of development in future.This paper tries to innovate from a new view of human resource. Thestudies of scholars on producer service home and abroad have notconcerned the human resource. Through measuring the input of humanresources of American and Chinese producer service, this paper comes tothe conclusion that producer service has the feature of high input of humanresource. On the other hand, through the analysis on the output andemployment of American producer service, we demonstrate the producerservice's function in the process of economic structure's evolution.Adopting the standardized analysis and the empirical analysis, usingthe theory of economy and statistics, this paper analyzes the developmentand feature of the producer service in America, and also through the inputand output analysis, demonstrates the relationship between the producerservice and economic department. On the basis of studying the Americanproducer service, we compare China with America, and further locate thephase of our country's producer service and the direction of development in future.On the basis of studying the American producer service, and of thecomparison between China and America, this paper evaluates our country'sproducer service thoroughly, and comes up with the problems facing thedevelopment of our country's producer service and also gives the advises ofhow to develop the producer service in our country at the end of this paper.
