Study On International Management Of State-owned Forestry Industry Enterprise In Heilongjiang Province

Economic globalization becomes the inevitable trends in world economy development. In 20 years of China reform and open policy, the globalization trends also become more obvious. With extroversion degree strengthening, China opens to the outside world and melts into the world economy gradually. Under this background, every enterprise inevitably participates in the world competing. International management will be the inevitable choice of Chinese enterprises and our government also proposes "going abroad" strategy in "fifteen" plans to encourage enterprises' transnational management. With development of Chinese market economy and the worsening of environment, the importance of forestry becomes more and more obvious. It is an unavoidable question how the state-owned forestry industry enterprises "going abroad" in the competitive market. International management is playing positive role to boosting forestry enterprise stepping off difficulty and enhance the competence.This article elaborates the domestic and foreign theories on international management and makes certain reorganization to these achievements. Start with the general situation of state-owned forestry enterprise, analyze international management situation of state-owned forestry industry enterprises in Heilongjiang Province, especially in the aspect of forestry cooperation with Russia, propose the superior, the inferiority, the opportunity and the challenge of forestry industry enterprise, thus laid the foundation for the strategy. On the basis of international management performance in Heilongjiang province, discuss how the forestry industry enterprise carry out transnational manage. First, discuss the entry mode, propose that took import-export trade as the basic choice, various modes of cooperation as supplement, investment as the final entrance tactics and aim at the different industry, propose the position choice strategy; Secondly, put forward the internal reform tactics to promote the international competence; Finally, analyze the external support system and propose the related suggestion in the respects of enterprise's system, policy environment, technology and human resource environment.
