Study On Construction Of Staff Training System In Shijiazhuang Railway Station

Railway is an important factor in the development of Chinese economy. As our land area is broad, railway become one of the most important transportation in China. Railway is also a general infrastructure. With the development of the railway, and the construction of the high-speed railway, as well as the application of new technology, the quality of staff seems insufficient today. Scientific training in the railway staff is called for to fulfill the ability of competition and the economic benefits of railways.This paper analyzed the current situation of staff training in Shijiazhuang railway station, and discovered the problem and fault in staff training, then analyzed the reason of it. This study designed a system about staff training in Shijiazhuang railway station, which contains the framework of the training system, as well as the plan and allocation of every step. This study pointed out the key problems we ought to solve.we also test the training system in a department of Shijiazhuang station, and the result of the test was contained in this paper. The result of this study make a significant sense in staff training in the railways.
