On Technological Innovation Of Small-Medium Business In Guangdong

Guangdong small and medium enterprises play an irreplaceably important role inpromoting technological advancement, stabilizing economic growth and decreasingunemployment. Therefore, research on the technology innovation of medium and small sizedenterprises is badly needed in order to maintain fast and striding development of our economy.The aim of this paper is to give Chinese small and medium Middle enterprise someinspiration.This thesis bases on the research of common theory of Guangdong small and mediumenterprises, studying its current situation and existing problem, and summing-up its basicexperiences. Firstly, the correlative theories about small and medium enterprise andTechnologic Innovation are reviewed. Secondly, from the view of management strategy, thispaper introduces the basic theory about the development of Technologic Innovation Strategy.It confirms that the management strategy is the leading thought of Technologic Innovationand has impassable function, summarizes a deeper conclusion: the choice of strategic modelies on the result of strategic analysis. Lastly, the thesis tries to research on small andmedium-scale enterprises and their technological innovations from the view of both theoriesand practices.The specialty of this thesis is to confirm that management strategy is the leading thoughtof Technologic Innovation and has impassable function. And through investigation in thePanyu district and the acquisition of information on the spot, the potential actions andexpected functions of government and enterprises in enhancing technology innovation ofmedium and small sized enterprises are discussed.
