"80" is in the 27-36 years age group, accounting for a large proportion in the company, "80" as the research object in this study, for the relationship between psychological capital, organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior, the aim is clear relationship between these three variables, and provide a theoretical basis and reference for managers in employeeselection training and retention aspects.In this study, the definition of psychological capital is used in Luthans’in 2007, it containes four dimensions, about self-efficacy, hope, optimism and tenacity; the definition of organizational commitment is used in Meyer’in 1991, it contains three dimensions, about emotional commitment, continuous commitment and normative commitment; the definitionpf organizational citizenship behavior is used in Organ’ in 1997, it contains five dimensions, about altruism, civility, responsibility, aportsmanship and civicmorality. The measurements are used in Chao-ping Li’s psychological capital questionnaire (PCQ-24); Huan-rong Li’s organizational commitment questionnaire; Xiao-hu Zhou organizational citizenship behavior questionnaire.For previous research and enterprise status, proposed hypotheses:(1) psychologyical capital, organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior, there are significant differences in demographic variables; (2) psychological capital and organizational commitment, psychological capital and organizational citizenship behavior, organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behaviors, there area significant correlation between each of two; (3) psychological capital can predict the various dimensions of organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior, organizational commitment can predict various dimensions of citizenship behavior; (4) organizational commitment is a partially mediating variables between psychological capital and organizational citizenship behavior.Collection questionnaires is for the network platform of questionnaire star in this study, recovered 398 copies, there are 326 valid questionnaires, the effective rate is 81.9%, and using SPSS17.0 to analysis, by descriptive statistics, variance analysis, related analysis and regression analysis and other methods to verify the hypothesis, the following conclusions:(1) 80 employee’s psychological capital, organizational commitmen and organiza tional citizenship behavior are at the middle level, psychological capital are significant differences on age and job level; organizational commitment are significant differences on age, length of service, and job levels; organizationl citizenship behavior are significant differences on age, length of service, education and job levels.(2) Psychological capital and organizational commitment, psychological capital and organizational citizenship behavior, organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior have significant positive correlation, psychological capital and organizational commitment can positively predict organizational citizenship behavior, psychological capital can positively predict organizational commitment.(3) Organizational commitment is a partially mediating variables between psychological capital and organizational citizenship behavior.
