The labor relation is an important part of social relations, establishing a socialist harmonious and stable labor relationship is the foundation of constructing harmonious society, through thirty years reforming and development. In China, labor relations have got great changes, and also facing lots of challenges and press. At present our country economic system had transformed from planned economy to market economy, economy structure had transformed from industrial and agricultural economy to industrial and agricultural integration development period, the benefit conflicts between employer and employee is increasingly acerb. Under the influence of the non-public economic system,a single labor relationship is replaced by the market economy oriented and complicated labor relations. In the process to market economy transformation, labor relations form tend to be the result of market selection.The paper is taking the current labor relationship of our country and the serious unbalance and disordered characteristic as a breakthrough point, analyzed the reasons of labor relations contradictions preliminary, and take the socialist economy system reform as the background, analyzed the domestic and foreign labor relations theory respectively introduced and analyzed the Craig model, Kochan strategy choice model, Cook labor-management cooperation model, all of those is the theoretical support and based analysis. From the transition of labor relationship theory to study the whole, compared to developed countries and developing countries of the transition of labor relationship model and its features, and presented the useful lessons and created a new concept of China labor relations:Benefits sharing model with goverment policy driving indirectly. Analysis of the benefit sharing mode condition, characteristics, significance, finally put forward the coordination target of labor relationship transformation, and provided some useful policy recommendations from unions, the government, enterprises aspects.The purpose of this paper is to put forward the necessity of labor relations reforming and the policy of government in macroscopical level how to infulence enterprise labor relations realize win-win situation, also attempts to alleviate the increasingly acerb labor relations under the background of the high economic growth.
