The investment environment assessment is an important item in the construction of investment, and also the industrial investment environment assessment is the core of the investment environment assessment. The real estate investment has many characters such as long cycle, huge investment, high risk and income, fixed position and so on. Study to assessment method and the theory of the urban real estate industry investment environment, it is not only an extending and development to the investment environment theory, also is provides the real diagnosis reference to the real estate investor's investment choice and the urban selection.This article is embarks from investor's angle, and make the 18 cities of Sichuan province as the platform of discussion, which hopes for providing science suggestion for the real estate investors. This article divides into six major parts, mainly includes the summary of the investment environment assessment research, the investment environment correlation concept, the real estate city investment environment assessment basis, the appraisal method, the real estate city investment factor analysis. In this foundation, establishing the city real estate investment environment assessment target system by selecting 43 factors of the 7 aspects. Based on the SPSS 11.0 data processing, making a quantitative assessment to 18 main cities'investment environment of the Sichuan province, finally make a rank division and the classified assessment by using of the cluster analysis. The result indicated that, there is huge difference between the different cities, such as Chengdu city's points is 7 times to the Ziyang city. By using of the cluster analysis, we found that Chengdu is the first kind of investment region, Mianyang and Deyang are the second kind of investment area, and other cities belong to the Class Three investment area. This research could provide the useful information for the Sichuan's main cities to improve the real estate investment environment.
