An Analyse And Study On The Supervision System Of The Senior Management Of China State-owned List Company

Recently, with the rapid development of the reformation of the stated-owned enterprises and the domestic stock market, the issue of how to reinforce the supervision of the stated-owned list companys has become a focus attarcting attentions. This paper carries out an analyse and study from the direction of strengthening the supervision system of the senior management of China stated-owned list companys. Based on revelant economic theories and the advanced experiences overseas, analyzing the realistic conditions in China, this paper finally puts forward the following solvements from the external and internal supervison system: advancing the reformation of the property rights, improving the employment system of the senior management, intergrating of the legal supervision system, balancing and restricting the rights of senior management, establishing the internal audit system, reinforcing the influence of independent directors, restricting the behavior of senior management.
