The Study Of Engineering Project Management Basing On Knowledge Management

In the new economical time, the knowledge has become an important resource of enterprise. The enterprise starts to think much of the development, innovation and use of the knowledge. Along with the construction enterprise's development of China, the enterprise pays more and more attention to its knowledge management in the engineering project management, there are two reasons, first, the engineering project although is one-off , but it not only can enhance this project management performance through the knowledge management, but also may accumulate the experience and the knowledge for the enterprise and enhance the core competitive ability of the enterprise.Second, there are many problems still in the engineering project management; we can use the knowledge management to improve the present situation of it.This article first introduces the theory of the knowledge management and the project management, analyzes the statute of existing engineering project management. Base on them, the article points out the A Corporation's existing engineering project management drawbacks. Then, the article introduces how to carry on the project management through constructing the project management knowledge system, studies SB project knowledge management of A Corporation, and gives the effects summary.
