Research On Knowledge Management Of Aerospace Model Engineering Project

Aerospace is the typical strategic high-tech industry, and countries compete with each others intensely in this advanced technical area. Based on aerospace technology, aerospace engineering is the national huge work under the background of modern science, which displays a countries’ comprehensive national strength as well as determines its status in the world.With the rapid development of market economy, knowledge has been becoming an important strategic resource as well as the significant subject of enterprise` project management. Accordingly, project knowledge management has been considered as a significant researching aspect of knowledge management. Especially, in the knowledge-intensive academes in aerospace system, knowledge management plays a very important role in the development process of aerospace model engineering project. As a new type of management pattern, the practice of knowledge management in aerospace model engineering project is in its initial period, so there is not so much experience for us to use for reference. It is quite necessary to research on the subject that how to apply the theories, methods and skills to the management process of aerospace model engineering project in dealing with the practical problems.Considering from the particularities of aerospace model engineering project, combing the relative theories of knowledge and knowledge management, this article researches on the knowledge management flows, knowledge obtaining and sharing, knowledge management technical system, and knowledge management organization and institution system of aerospace model engineering project in view of the project management. This article builds the knowledge management process model for aerospace model engineering project by analyzing on the periods and the knowledge in each period of aerospace model engineering project; puts forward the knowledge obtaining methods for aerospace model engineering project; based on the SECI model, designs the knowledge transformation and sharing model of aerospace model engineering project; gives the strategies to advance knowledge sharing; at the same time, this article takes the aerospace “921-4” engineering project as an example to research on knowledge management of aerospace model engineering project further, summarizing its experience and disadvantages. Finally, this article designs the knowledge management system for aerospace model engineering project, developing knowledge management technical system with the functions of knowledge obtaining, services, excavation and system management, setting up three-level organization system and two-level institution system for knowledge management.With the help of this research, hoping that there will be new thoughts to be brought into the scientific management of aerospace model engineering project in the new development situation.
